	*Chacura's Spring* is a classically complete coffee; it has everything and lacks nothing. These beautifully processed beans produce a medium-bodied cup with a vibrant tangy aroma, touch of spice and lively, elegant flavors. It is exquisitely smooth and enticing... a fabulous coffee anytime. (medium roast, private plantation, single origin)		The high-grown *Kenya AA* is ranked one of the worlds finest. Any connoisseur of coffee will know the initial taste sensation - that snappy, rich, well-balanced flavor. The strikingly long finish of this coffee is best described as 'dry', 'winey', and 'lively' in character. The result is a remarkably sweet, fruity aroma that is the trademark of a great coffee. 	*Organic Costa Rican* is a great all around coffee with good balance, acidity, body and character, with a hint of spice and some nutty overtones. (medium to light roast, single origin)		*Organic Sumatra* is a wonderful Indonesian coffee which carries a heavy, syrupy body along with very little acidity. It has a creamy or winey smooth taste with deep aroma. (dark roast, single origin)

	*Organic Guatemalan* is a fine Central American coffee grown at high altitudes. It displays qualities of the delicate soil in which it was grown. Guatemalan coffees have a very distinct smoky flavor, which comes across as a twist to the acidic tones. Our Organic Guatemalan coffee is light in body and rich in flavor. (medium roast, single origin)		*Columbian Supremo* is a gourmet coffee with large beans, consistently good taste, medium body, full aroma, and medium acidity. This is the bean many now-serious connoisseurs became hooked on before totally abandoning stale, mass-produced store-bought grounds. (medium to bold roast, single origin)

	*Organic Ethiopian* is unknown by many people, yet it is considered by many to be one of the finest coffees. This intense feeling coffee enhances the palate with its very distinctive floral bouquet, rich body, a pleasingly fragrant aroma, with a smooth mellowness. (medium roast, single origin)		*Papua New Guinea* coffee is one of our favorites, an excellent cup with amazing sparkle and spiciness. It is very difficult to get, coming from small farms deep within the rain forests of Papua New Guinea. (medium roast, single origin)

	*Sumatra* is one of the great romance coffees of the world. Our specialty roast brings out its complexity, its weight without heaviness, and an acidity that resonates deep inside the heart of the coffee, enveloped in richness. (dark roast, single origin)		Our *Organic Peru* coffee is pleasantly understated: light and levitating with a vanilla-nut-toned sweetness that deserves appreciation as a distinctive specialty origin. 	You get the best of both worlds…our *Black & Tan* is based on the deep, rich flavor of Pacific Island coffees. 	Assam - Greenwood Estate This charming garden, located in the upper area of Assam just east of the Brahmaputra River, is named for the scenic beauty of the area. The black, twisted, tippy leaves yield an earthy aroma, a deep amber liquor and a fragrant, strong, malty cup.		Earl Grey If you enjoy the floral notes of Bergamot, this tea will become your favorite! This exceptional combination of Darjeeling, Assam, Chinese, and Sri Lankan teas, sprayed with the pure oil of Bergamot has been satisfying our customers for generations. Beyond compare!

	English Breakfast These black, medium sized leaves produce a copper liquor that has a bright and fragrant cup. The tea is smooth and full-bodied with a malty aftertaste. Milk and/or lemon can be served with this tea.		Decaf English Breakfast This dark, medium-leafed naturally decaffeinated tea, using the CO2 method, brews to a bright amber cup with a smooth, slightly sweet taste.

	Emerald Green Earl Grey We've added natural Bergamot flavoring to our China Green Sencha tea, to produce a delightfully, light, scented tea.		Gunpowder Imperial Green One of China's best-known teas, Gunpowder is said to be high in fluoride. The silver green, tender buds and tips are rolled into loosely balled pellets that brew to a light amber cup, with a good body and a light lemon after-taste.

	Moroccan Mint Transport yourself to a land of desert sands, caravans and palm tree filled oasis, with this delicious blend of spearmint and green tea. The green tea unfurls into large leaves, with a pale ecru cup and a strong minty flavor.		Echinacea Blend A tasty and healthy blend of echinacea root, ginseng, damiana leaf, lemon peel and ginger root. Echinacea is reported to lessen the effects of colds and flu by strengthening the immune system.

	Rooibos - Chai Rooibos with cinnamon pieces, cloves, cardamom seeds, anise seeds and natural spice flavors.		Oo-Mango-long Medley A delightful blend of oolong tea with mango essence that steeps to a light ecru cup with long olive-green leaves, interspersed with golden petals. The taste is sweet and refreshing, with a light mango flavor.

	Black – Ginger Peach A blend of Ginger and Peach flavored black teas with ginger and peach pieces.		Verry Berry A fruity blend of orange peel, blackberry, rosehips, cinnamon and hibiscus flowers.
